After signing up for your trial, you will be able to enjoy and experience all of the features within My PT Hub for 30-days. No credit card is required to start your trial, it’s completely free of charge. At the end of your 30-days, your account will automatically be downgraded to the ‘Free’ plan. Of course, if you wish to upgrade your account, you can do so at any point either during, at the end or once your trial has expired.

On the App Store and Google Play, there are two apps available by My PT Hub. The app called ‘My PT Hub Classic’ is for trainers and clients who have a version 2 subscription plan. The other app, which is called ‘My PT Hub’, this is the latest and most up-to-date product available (version 3).
No, absolutely not! My PT Hub does not charge your clients anything to access the software or app. However, if you wish to change this and charge your clients to gain access, you can setup Packages. To find out more about Packages, please visit the finance section of our website.
Yes, absolutely. There are several ways to achieve this. You can either embed the web app directly into your website, or link buttons directly to your My PT Hub, custom subdomain URL. My PT Hub integrates directly with the payment processor Stripe. From within the packages area of our software, you can create new Stripe accounts or link an existing account.
